We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Remote Customer Support Representative. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to our customers via chat, email, or phone.
About the Role:
- Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns.
- Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and deliver fast, accurate support.
- Stay informed on product updates and support best practices to ensure a consistent customer experience.

Requirements:
