We're seeking an individual to join our team as a remote customer support specialist. This role involves responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone in a professional and friendly manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Handle product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns using Gorgias and Shopify
- Stay informed on product updates and support practices to ensure a consistent customer experience
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
- Comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once
- Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
