We're seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to ambitious business leaders across North America. As an integral part of our team, you'll play a key role in delivering premium talent solutions that drive growth and success.
Our ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with at least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant. You'll possess exceptional proficiency in both spoken and written English, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
As an Executive Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include managing and maintaining client schedules, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, and providing high-level administrative support. You'll also oversee email management, prioritize tasks, and draft responses to ensure seamless communication.
To thrive in this role, you'll need to be highly organized, assertive, and reliable, with a strong work ethic and ability to anticipate client needs. You'll excel at bringing value to your work and embody proactivity, taking your role seriously with high regard.

Qualifications:- At least 2 years of solid experience as an Executive Assistant / Virtual Assistant
