Performance Marketing Manager Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Manager to spearhead data-driven strategies for performance campaigns across all markets.

This role requires in-depth campaign analysis, onsite performance evaluation, and accurate forecasting to ensure targets are consistently achieved.

The ideal candidate will participate in multiple interview stages:

  • A 30-minute video call with an HR representative to discuss the application and assess experience and expectations.
  • A 60-minute chat with the Hiring Manager to evaluate past roles and gauge strengths.
  • A 60-minute behavioural fit assessment with a member of HR or leadership to understand how they think and work.
  • Reference interviews with 2-3 short phone or video calls with provided references.

As a regulated entity, thorough background checks may be performed on staff depending on their role.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • At least 6 years of experience as a performance marketer with significant hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta.
