Ad Creative Strategist

Our organization is seeking a skilled creative strategist to develop and implement high-performing ad concepts.
Responsibilities:- Generate innovative weekly ad ideas tailored for Meta platforms
- Conceive direct response copy and briefs with compelling hooks, pacing, and structure
- Conduct market research to identify customer pain points and desires
- Create ad concepts for various funnel stages
- Analyze performance and refine ad creative to boost conversions
- Proficiency in video pacing, ad storytelling, and scroll psychology
- Strong grasp of fundamental marketing principles and avatar-specific messaging
- Experience working with user-generated content creators and content sourcing platforms
This position involves creating 15-25 high-performing ad concepts weekly, writing direct response copy and briefs, conducting market research, developing ad concepts for different funnel stages, and analyzing performance to iterate on ad creative.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a direct response or performance creative role, deep knowledge of video pacing and ad storytelling, and strong direct response copywriting ability. They should also be able to leverage AI tools to increase output without compromising quality.
