Performance Creative Strategist Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Creative Strategy & Insight: Analyze data to inform creative ideation and ensure relevance; translate insights into clear strategic direction for designers and creators.
  • Project & Stakeholder Management: Manage the delivery of creative projects from concept to execution—ensuring assets are on-brief, on-brand, and on-time.
  • Creative Quality & Optimization: Review content to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with performance goals and platform best practices.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing (e.g. Creative Strategy, Media Buying, Growth Marketing)
  • A strong understanding of creative's role in driving performance across paid platforms
  • Proven ability to analyze ad metrics and translate them into actionable creative direction
  • Confidence in writing briefs, organizing timelines, and managing moving parts within a creative team
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you know how to give and gather the right info at the right time
  • A blend of strategic thinking and creative instincts—you can spot what's working and know how to build on it
