  • Meet consistent attendance requirements and adhere to scheduling needs.
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous call center experience is preferred.
  • Experience working from home is an advantage.
  • Strong command of the English language is essential.
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM is required.
  • A high-speed internet connection is necessary.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is expected.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems is desired.
