Virtual Support Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional administrative support as a Virtual Support Specialist. This role demands outstanding organizational and time management skills, excellent communication abilities, and flexibility to adapt to changing situations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and organize documents and files in a secure and efficient manner.
  2. Perform data entry tasks such as preparing lead lists, meeting minutes, and transcribing audio recordings.
  3. Conduct market research, purchase goods, and acquire samples as needed.
  4. Store, update, and collect information for marketing and sales campaigns through a CRM system.
  5. Prepare and send statements or invoices, track payments, and record company expenses.
  6. Monitor projects, facilitate internal communication, and manage company data.
  7. Coordinate team calendars, prevent scheduling conflicts, and ensure clients are on time and prepared for meetings.
  8. Plan itineraries, book hotels, rental cars, etc.
  9. Handle incoming calls, make calls for appointments, or conduct informational inquiries.
  10. Respond to emails, follow up on correspondence, organize inbox as per client preferences, and notify clients about important emails.
  11. Perform ad hoc tasks as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant.
  • At least 18 years of age and completed Senior High School.
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts.
  • Tech savvy and familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar).
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary Package: PHP 25,500 - PHP 39,500 depending on experience level.
