As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new opportunities in AI safety services.
You will work closely with the team to help model builders ship responsibly without losing speed.
Your role will involve qualifying inbound leads, researching and prospecting, booking first meetings, and staying up-to-date on AI-safety trends and regulations.
You will also need to maintain accurate records by logging activity, enriching accounts, and reporting on conversion.

Key Responsibilities:- Filling the pipeline: Consistently meet monthly targets for sales-accepted leads (SLAs) and first meetings booked.
- Creating balance: Convert inbound interest quickly and run focused outbound plays when pipeline needs a boost.
- Informing the roadmap: Surface prospect pains and trends to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Raising the bar for safety: Help more labs and AI-enabled enterprises discover best-in-class services like evals, red-teaming, and drift-monitoring services.
- 1-3 years of professional work that proves reliability - sales, support, operations, retail, hospitality, or military service all count.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and use productivity tools efficiently.
- Customer or client-facing exposure where you listened, probed, and solved problems effectively.
