Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Freelance Business Growth Specialist to spearhead our business development efforts. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong network in the BPO/IT services and staffing sectors, preferably with connections in the US, AU, or UK markets.

The position offers a competitive retainer fee complemented by a lucrative commission-based structure.

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to attract new clients in the BPO/IT services and staffing industries.
  • Leverage existing networks in the US, AU, or UK markets to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and client needs.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business growth strategies with company objectives.
  • Provide regular reports on sales targets, client engagements, and potential market opportunities.
