Customer Support Expert

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Support Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, passionate about helping people, and able to think critically.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via online chat, email, and phone calls to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  • Clarify customer needs, determine the root cause of the issue, and provide a clear and concise solution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Contribute to the development of excellent help documentation for internal use and customers.
  • Evaluate and escalate bugs to the technical support team.
  • Participate in specialized projects and contribute to the growth and success of the team.

Qualifications:

  • Primary language proficiency in English; secondary languages are an asset.
  • At least one year of experience providing live chat customer support for a software/SaaS platform (or equivalent).
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn new software platforms quickly and adapt to change.
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, and ability to develop and adapt to a growing team.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Bonus Points:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.
  • 2+ years in a customer support role.
