Customer Support Specialist for Cryptocurrency

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in the cryptocurrency industry. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via chats and emails, building positive relationships with customers, and meeting team performance metrics.

About the Role
  • You will provide timely and effective customer support via multiple channels, including live chats, emails, and phone calls.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through active listening and empathy, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and concerns, using CRM systems to track progress.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, applying your knowledge to resolve complex customer issues.
Requirements
  • B2 communication skills in Dutch and English, allowing you to communicate effectively with our global customer base.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Personal or professional experience in trading/investments/blockchain, enabling you to understand our products and services.
  • Experience providing support via live chats, with a focus on resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Experience with CRM systems, allowing you to manage customer interactions and track progress.
  • Analytical and research skills, enabling you to resolve complex customer issues and improve our services.
  • A positive and responsible attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
