Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Senior Supervisor to join our team at ProView Global Administration, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Employee Services department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services to employees.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of HR Employee Services, prioritizing tasks and projects to meet business objectives.
  • Investigate and resolve complex employee issues and conflicts, working collaboratively with the team and Operations leaders.
  • Process employee off-boarding, movements, and benefits, maintaining accurate records and adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
