Medical Transportation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to play a pivotal role in ensuring clients receive reliable and timely transportation services.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced appointment setter to utilize their NEMT expertise and confidently communicate services, procedures, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Makes outbound calls to schedule transportation appointments while addressing and overcoming objections effectively.
- Provides outstanding service to clients by listening actively, building rapport, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintains professionalism with excellent telephone etiquette and a clear, fluent command of the English language.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the NEMT industry or related fields.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle objections with confidence and professionalism.
