Virtual Assistant Needed for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Virtual Assistant to play a pivotal role in our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) industry and be able to utilize their expertise to communicate services, procedures, and best practices effectively.
The successful candidate will make outbound calls to schedule transportation appointments while addressing and overcoming objections with confidence and professionalism. Additionally, they will provide outstanding service to clients by listening actively, building rapport, and ensuring satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in the NEMT industry or related fields.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle objections with confidence and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a focus on meeting client expectations.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using scheduling and documentation tools.
