Job Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with customers to identify the best staff for each assignment.
  • Recruiting, enrolling, and training promotional staff via phone and email.
  • Booking and managing assigned promotional staff for various events and campaigns.
  • Evaluating and processing promotional staff after each assignment.
  • Building lasting relationships with clients and talent.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher preferred.
  • 2-5+ years of experience in customer service, marketing, communications, or event staffing ideal.
  • Excellent communication skills, organization, and attention to detail required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (or Google equivalent).
  • Ability to communicate effectively over phone and email.
  • Reliable, determined, and self-motivated individual needed.
  • Open availability required; standard office hours are Mon–Fri 8am–5pm Eastern Time, with follow-up outside office hours as needed.
