The Ateneo is seeking a highly organized Research Communications Assistant to provide administrative support and assist in the creation of research communication materials. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to efficiently plan and coordinate the delivery of required outcomes.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Maintain the Institutional Repository by gathering and arranging research outputs and publications according to established standards.
  2. Coordinate events and meetings related to research communications, handling logistical preparations, scheduling, setup, and coordination of participants.
  3. Assist the Research Communications Head in scheduling, organizing, and following up on tasks and activities as needed.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  2. Preferably one year of work experience in marketing communication and/or customer relationship management.
  3. Familiarity with the research process and academic writing is an advantage.
