  1. Maintaining supplies of sales presentation materials, including slides and brochures
  2. Analyzing customer data to optimize sales efforts and better identify potential customers
  3. Tracking the sales achievements and goals of each member of the sales team
  4. Entering order information into the company database
  5. Answering client questions regarding their account or sales products
  6. Working with staff members from other departments such as marketing, research/design and financing to optimize sales
  7. Coordinating sales team activities, supporting them by scheduling appointments, and managing communication through phone or email
  8. Responding to complaints from customers and giving after-sales support when requested
  9. Storing and sorting financial and non-financial data in electronic form and presenting reports
  10. Handling the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  11. Monitoring sales performance against goals and producing reports for management
  12. Processing orders and liaising with other departments to ensure timely delivery
  13. Keeping records of sales trends, analyzing collected data and providing sales teams with feedback
  14. Resolving issues related to sales and customer service within a company
  15. Maintaining updated sales proposals, marketing materials and contracts
  16. Assisting with the planning and execution of sales events and campaigns
  17. Attending sales training and developing an understanding of the products and services of the company
  18. Supporting senior management by informing customers about delivery dates and possible delays
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus
  2. Proficiency in English; other dialects will be considered a plus
  3. Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  5. A team player with a high level of dedication
  6. BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
  7. Attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills, coordination skills, organizational skills
