Job Description

The Procurement Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Inventory Planning and Procurement initiatives. This role reports directly to the Procurement Supervisor and takes ownership of day-to-day procurement operations, including purchasing, managing vendor relationships, tracking orders and data, handling contracts and payments, and generating reports to support cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensures timely and accurate placement of purchase orders.
  • Negotiates PO terms with vendors to reach acceptable agreements.
  • Monitors vendors' compliance with agreed ship dates.
  • Tracks all orders and shipments to ensure correct and on-time delivery of goods.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or other related course with quantitative background.
  • Minimum of one (1) year relevant experience in procurement involving purchase orders, which also entails analyzing data sets in support of various Inventory Planning and Procurement initiatives preferably gained from a multinational environment.
