Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a variety of tasks and projects.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and possess strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Purchase Order Tracking: Monitor and update purchase orders in real-time to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, pricing, and shipping information.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure smooth movement of goods from suppliers to customers.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in procurement or a related field.
- Skillset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in ERP systems and data management tools.
