We are seeking a highly skilled Affiliate Growth Strategist to join our team.

This individual will be responsible for managing and scaling affiliate partnerships, with a strong background in performance marketing, preferably within a regulated environment such as fintech, crypto, trading, or CFDs.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of proven success in this field, with excellent relationship management and communication skills, as well as the ability to build and manage affiliate/influencer partnerships that drive ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and Onboarding: Proactively reach out to KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders/Influencers/Brands/YouTubers) to expand our affiliate network.
  • Negotiations and Integration: Handle negotiations, onboarding, and all necessary paperwork for smooth integration.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain consistent and effective communication with affiliates to build long-term relationships.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze affiliate performance data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Campaign Development: Develop and implement promotional campaigns focused on maximizing ROI.
  • Backlink Strategy: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and identify emerging KOLs. Track and maintain Tap's backlink profile to ensure healthy link structures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven Track Record: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with verifiable results (working with media, celebrities, key partners, or influencers).
  • Affiliate Partnership Expertise: Proven ability to build and manage affiliate/influencer partnerships that drive ROI.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of CPA models, conversion rates, LTV, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Communication and Relationship Building: Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
  • Language Skills: Fluent, flawless English—both written and spoken. Spanish as a second language is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in crypto, fintech, CFD, or trading is highly preferred.
