About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the RMA/RTV process with suppliers to meet the needs of our factory in Malaysia and South East Asia.

This role involves communicating with suppliers, preparing required documents, and coordinating the RTV process to return materials to vendors. The successful candidate will work closely with the supplier, SQE, buyer, and MRB coordinator to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support SQE/buyer and communicate with supplier to obtain RMA # once parts are determined as RTV from MRB team.
  • Coordinate RTV process to return materials to supplier with document preparation required.
  • Communicate with logistics team to inform them that RTV and required documents are ready.
  • Update RTV tracker and share RTV status to team (Buyer/SQE) regularly.
Requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Software – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
  • Fresh graduate is acceptable, but not necessary.
