Financial Planning and Analysis Business PartnerThis role is a senior individual contributor within the Dover Business Services Finance team, focused on commercial insights, cost-saving initiatives, revenue tracking, and strategic planning.The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in financial analysis, data mining, and Excel, with experience working in a manufacturing or commercial finance setting.Key responsibilities include:
  • Acting as a finance business partner to Sales, Product Management, and Regional Finance stakeholders
  • Partnering with Sales and Finance teams to track, measure, and evaluate customer revenue risks and opportunities
  • Leading analysis of Selling, General, and Administrative (SG&A) expenses for various departments
  • Supporting the development, update, and monitoring of monthly sales forecasts, strategic plans, and annual operating plans
  • Supporting the design, accuracy, implementation, and usage/maintenance of forecasting and reporting tools
Preferred qualifications include experience supporting sales or product management functions, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and a proven ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers across time zones.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration is required. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis is preferred.Dover Business Services is an independent business-to-business service provider delivering transactional and value-added services in Finance to the entire organization.This role is part of the Individual Contributor track and provides exposure to the overall OpCo Finance Team and other key OpCo Stakeholders.Job Function: Finance and SalesSeniority Level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment Type: Full-time
