Job Overview

The role of the Product Operations Analyst is to streamline healthcare administration by utilizing a proprietary platform. The ideal candidate is meticulous, tech-savvy, and adaptable.


Key Responsibilities
  • Automating data entry into various electronic medical records (EMRs) as part of research and development efforts.
  • Completing workflow tasks using scripts, client workflow queues, customer electronic health records (EHRs), knowledge base articles, and assistance from the production operations team.
  • Reviewing and updating knowledge base articles to ensure accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working within EMRs.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Cerner, Epic, eCW, Allscripts, and/or Athena is valued.
