Job Title: Property Representative

As a Property Representative, you will act as a liaison between property owners and prospective buyers or lessees. Your role is to promote and present properties, handle negotiations, and secure mutually beneficial transactions for all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist property owners in marketing their properties to attract advantageous offers
  • Manage accreditation with real estate industry partners
  • Develop effective marketing strategies for properties using online and offline platforms
  • Evaluate clients' needs, budget, and preferences to recommend suitable properties
  • Provide accurate information on property details, legal guidelines, rates, and availability
  • Facilitate communication between sellers/landlords and buyers/lessees to ensure honest and professional dealings
  • Conduct market research to estimate property values
  • Present properties to potential clients and address inquiries
  • Support the creation and completion of legal documents and other requirements
  • Manage property listings based on client needs
  • Stay updated on market trends and best practices
Requirements:
  • Licensed Real Estate Agent (PRC license holder)
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, trustworthy, and results-driven
  • Able to handle multiple clients and transactions
  • Willing to travel as needed
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Computer literate and social media savvy
  • Excellent writing skills with strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized with strong prioritization and project management skills
