Job DescriptionAs our Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service.
Own overall relationships with assigned clients, including onboarding, implementation, training, and increasing adoption.
Work closely with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
Be the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback on how we can better serve them.
Maintain and develop customer success strategies and best practices, as well as customer support content.
Stay up-to-date on product development and the latest releases.
Conduct business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or fintech environment.
Significant experience in problem-solving and process improvement.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and communicate data to senior management.
Confidence working with ambiguity and finding ways to bridge gaps.
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
