Job Title: FP&A Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager with strong accounting foundations and hands-on experience in NetSuite.

This is a strategic and execution-heavy role ideal for someone who thrives in a high-autonomy environment, loves turning data into insight, and can partner closely with leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Drive annual budgeting processes, develop monthly financial reports, and build dashboards to support business decisions.
  • Partner with business leaders to evaluate the financial impact of initiatives and optimize business operations.
Accounting Support
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end close in NetSuite, working collaboratively with accounting staff.
  • Review journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.
Operational Finance
  • Support cash flow forecasting and treasury planning to drive business growth.
  • Track key performance indicators and prepare ad hoc financial models to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of finance/accounting experience, with at least 2+ years in FP&A.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles and financial operations.
  • 2+ years of experience using NetSuite for accounting and reporting.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
