Job Description

With a strong focus on Amazon and direct-to-consumer sales, we help businesses streamline operations, improve profitability, and achieve long-term success in the digital marketplace.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing end-to-end Amazon FBA & Seller Central account services including customer service.
  • Conducting daily product listing checks to ensure accuracy and performance.
  • Responding to customer inquiries with clear communication.
  • Handling product replacements, refunds, and dispute negative feedback.
  • Analyzing negative reviews at the ASIN level and implementing solutions.
  • Monitoring seller performance metrics and addressing issues before they escalate.
  • Resolving stranded inventory issues to maximize sales.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience managing Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts at a high level.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon policies, listings, and performance metrics.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions & data analysis).
  • Detail-oriented with a high sense of accountability.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Organized, efficient, and results-driven.
