Job Opportunity

We are seeking a sales professional to expand our excavator business through key account management.

This is a full-time position based in Surigao City with opportunities for remote work. You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with top customers in the excavator industry.

Main Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage and develop key accounts to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead the sales process for major deals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions that meet each key account's unique needs
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform account strategy and maximise sales performance
  • Provide regular reports and updates on key account performance and pipeline
  • Support the development and implementation of sales and marketing initiatives for the excavator product line
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of sales and account management experience preferably in the construction equipment or heavy machinery industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key accounts
  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and capitalise on market opportunities
  • Familiarity with the excavator product category and the construction industry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
