
Administrative Compliance Specialist

The role of the Compliance Officer is to ensure that all compliance-related tasks are performed accurately and efficiently.
This includes but is not limited to, maintaining accurate records, ensuring all required documents are up-to-date, and communicating with relevant parties to resolve any compliance issues.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1-3 years experience in Australian real estate and strong organizational and time management skills.
They should also have intermediate MS Office applications and Google Suite experience, as well as excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Responsibilities:
- AFSS (Annual Fire Safety Statement)
- Plant registration
- Strata Hub
- Pool compliance
- Cooling tower registration (where a BM is not engaged)
- General administrative duties as required
- Any other duties required from time to time
Requirements:
- At least 1-3 years experience in Australian real estate
- 1 year minimum strata, property, and building experience
- Someone who has background in data entry and general administrative duties
- Preferably has intermediate MS Office applications and Google Suite experience
- Strata Master software is a plus but not essential
- Compliance administrative experience is highly desirable but not mandatory
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to details or has high accuracy in data
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Someone who is proactive, has initiative and is flexible on any changes
- Someone who can work under pressure and willing to grow
- Great work ethic and a desire to deliver beyond expectations
