The role of an Administrative Support Specialist is to provide high-level support to the business owner in managing day-to-day operations, including administrative and financial tasks.
- Manage financial records, process payments, and coordinate schedules.
- Support with project coordination, contract management, and ordering supplies.
- Assist with budget planning, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Manage emails, calendars, and general administrative tasks.
