Talent Acquisition Specialist

This role presents an exciting opportunity to drive talent acquisition and ensure exceptional employee experiences. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment, crafting job descriptions, and defining role requirements in partnership with hiring managers.
As a proactive and solutions-oriented individual, you will play a pivotal role in building and supporting our team by managing employee records, collaborating on performance management processes, and contributing to culture, people operations, and HR initiatives as needed.
To succeed in this role, you should have proven experience in recruitment and people operations, ideally in a dynamic environment. You should be proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build relationships across all levels.

- Leading the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles
- Crafting compelling job descriptions and defining role requirements
- Managing and updating employee records, including performance management processes
- Supporting culture, people operations, and HR initiatives as needed
