Remote Data Entry and Coding Position

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and organized client records.

Main Responsibilities
  • Enter, validate, and maintain intake information with speed and accuracy using firm-approved systems.
  • Apply established coding standards to classify and organize case data consistently.
  • Regularly review and audit records for errors, making corrections as needed to uphold high standards of accuracy.
  • Maintain and update electronic files for accessibility and compliance purposes.
  • Communicate effectively with intake and case management teams regarding missing or unclear information.
  • Safeguard confidential client data while adhering to privacy and compliance requirements.
  • Generate intake reports and extract relevant data to support attorney and case manager needs.
  • Identify process improvements that enhance intake efficiency, accuracy, and reliability.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in data entry, coding, or intake coordination.
  • Demonstrated ability to use databases, spreadsheets, or case management systems proficiently.
  • High attention to detail with the capacity to maintain accuracy under deadlines.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Stable wired internet connection with a reliable backup option.
  • Full availability to work U.S. business hours in Pacific Standard Time (PST), with occasional Saturday coverage.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in legal or medical intake processes.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
  • Experience working in high-volume, distributed remote teams.
