Job Role: Content Operations Manager

Summary

  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage content for multiple brands in our Content Management System.

About the Role

  • Manage content uploads, coordination with translation teams, and quality checks to ensure accurate translation and localization of content.
  • Work closely with design team for multimedia content readiness and coordinate with various departments for smooth content operations.
  • Act as liaison between different teams and provide regular updates on content status.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with multiple teams including design, CRM, Casino, and SEO to ensure timely publication of content.
  • Ensure content meets quality standards and formatting requirements before publication.
  • Manage translation timelines and publish translated content on schedule.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferably in online gambling industry with hands-on experience managing CMS.
  • Strong command of English; proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work proactively and independently as well as part of a team.
