Job Title: Content Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to manage our online presence by creating engaging content for customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong writing skills, proficiency in English, and experience in E-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
  • Manage order status updates and resolve any order-related issues promptly.
  • Monitor inventory levels and restock items as needed.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits.
  • Provide excellent customer support through various channels (email, chat).
  • Accurately input and update data in proprietary software and Excel spreadsheets.
  • Analyze sales data and identify trends to optimize operations.
  • Assist in creating product descriptions, marketing copy, and other online content.
Requirements:
  • Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in USA E-commerce.
  • Experience in creating/editing Newsletters.
  • Experience in MS Office, especially Excel.
