Seeking a skilled 3D Image Conversion Specialist

This role involves transforming high-resolution 2D portrait images into 3D bas-relief point cloud models for laser engraving purposes.

The ideal candidate has experience with image processing, 3D modeling, and precision formatting for laser engraving systems.

Responsibilities include converting 2D images into 3D point cloud models, enhancing image clarity, ensuring compatibility of point cloud files with engraving machine formats, scaling and aligning models, and performing quality checks.

Required skills include proficiency in 3D modeling software, experience with point cloud generation and manipulation, familiarity with subsurface laser engraving or similar manufacturing processes, and strong attention to detail.

Key Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Blender or equivalent 3D modeling software
  • Experience with point cloud generation and manipulation
  • Familiarity with laser engraving processes
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet specifications
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple image conversions
Preferred Skills
