The Role

You will perfect and enhance images using AI tools and traditional photo editing techniques. You'll collaborate with photographers, designers and the marketing team to ensure every image meets brand standards while maintaining efficiency.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Use AI-powered tools to retouch, enhance and manipulate product and lifestyle imagery.
  • Ensure accurate color matching, lighting balance and visual consistency across campaigns and product lines.
  • Develop and refine AI retouching workflows to improve turnaround time without sacrificing quality.
  • Remove backgrounds, clean up imperfections, extend canvases, replace elements and adjust compositions using a mix of AI and manual techniques.
  • Partner with photographers, stylists and designers to maintain a consistent brand aesthetic.
  • Review final outputs for accuracy, realism and brand alignment before delivery.
  • Organize, name and store edited files according to established naming conventions and digital asset management protocols.
What We Look For In You
  • Experience: 3+ years in photo retouching or image editing, preferably in an e-commerce, fashion, beauty or creative agency setting.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom.
  • Strong knowledge of AI-assisted editing tools and plugins.
  • Familiarity with DAM (Digital Asset Management) systems.
