Seeking a Point Cloud Conversion Expert

We are looking for an experienced expert in point cloud conversion to join our team.

  • Our ideal candidate will convert high-resolution 2D images into 3D bas-relief point cloud models with raised facial features.
  • They will enhance image contrast, clarity, and definition to achieve optimal engraving results.
  • Ensuring file compatibility with engraving machine formats (e.g., OBJ) is also crucial.
  • The selected candidate must scale and adjust 3D models to fit crystal dimensions (e.g., 5cm cube).
  • Conducting quality checks before delivering engraving-ready files is essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:

  • Proven experience in 3D modeling, CAD, or image-to-3D conversion.
  • Familiarity with point cloud generation tools and techniques.
  • Strong understanding of bas-relief modeling and digital sculpting.
  • Knowledge of 3D file formats (OBJ, STL, etc.) and scaling processes.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
