Job Position

The Medical City Clinic is seeking an IT Associate to provide technical support and perform basic computer troubleshooting functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical assistance for queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  2. Install necessary software on newly acquired system units.
  3. Develop and implement hardware installation processes and procedures for concerned department heads.
  4. Conduct onboarding for new hires.
  5. Monitor and maintain computer assets of the company.
  6. Assist users with the use of computer systems.
  7. Perform basic troubleshooting.
  8. Ensure proper filing of documentation for company assets.
  9. Prepare reports as requested by immediate superiors.
  10. Perform other tasks assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of BS Computer Science, BS Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.
  • Preferably with at least three months of related work experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • General knowledge in IT.
  • Proficient communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Customer service skills.
  • Interpersonal skills.
