Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume the role of System Infrastructure Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and maintaining hardware, software, and network systems.

This position involves installing and managing LAN/WAN networks, ensuring security and privacy are maintained at all times. Regular system upgrades, server administration, and troubleshooting are also key responsibilities.

The successful candidate will have excellent technical skills, particularly in areas such as CCTV, biometrics, PABX, and network management. Additionally, they will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide technical support and training to users.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure support.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows OS and VMware.
  • Experience with CCTV and biometric devices, as well as PABX systems.
  • Familiarity with network management tools and technologies.
