Human Resources Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Human Resources Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to employees, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and driving business growth.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Human Resources Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert-level support to employees through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Collaborating with managers and employees to resolve inquiries and transactions efficiently.
  • Developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Detailed Task Procedures (DTPs) to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Working closely with onshore partners to provide training and guidance on HR-related queries.
  • Creating a repository for out-of-scope queries and escalating Tier 2 transactions to relevant leads or counterparts.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of HR principles, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to employee inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Supporting managers and employees with policy and navigation inquiries, transactions, and other HR-related matters.
  • Creating SOPs and DTPs to streamline processes and ensure consistency.
  • Providing training and guidance to onshore partners on HR-related queries.
  • Escalating Tier 2 transactions to relevant leads or counterparts as needed.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in an HR Helpdesk role, preferably in a shared service center environment.
  • Experience working with HR ATS and workflow systems, such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, or BambooHR.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
