Strategic Talent Acquisition Leader

This role is pivotal in shaping our organization's workforce strategy, focusing on the recruitment and talent acquisition functions for affiliated entities. The Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager plays a key role in developing long-term workforce planning strategies, executing high-volume and specialized recruitment campaigns, and driving continuous improvement within the talent acquisition process.

  • Designing and implementing scalable, inclusive, and industry-aligned recruitment strategies
  • Overseeing full-cycle recruitment processes, from requisition creation to offer letter issuance
  • Collaborating with hiring managers and executives to understand staffing needs and define position requirements

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and people management skills, excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, and advanced knowledge of recruitment metrics and applicant tracking systems.

Requirements include:

  • Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in recruitment/talent acquisition

Experience recruiting in healthcare, nonprofit, or human services settings is highly valued.

Key competencies include strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
