Essential Skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a researcher in executive search, specifically within the technology and/or education sectors is essential.
  • Proven track record in global executive sourcing, supporting senior appointments.
  • Deep expertise in LinkedIn sourcing, database management, InMail campaigns, and unearthing hard-to-find talent.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to distil complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience working with international candidates and stakeholders.
  • A confident communicator with strong professional verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Proactive, curious, and passionate about innovation in global education and technology.
  • Comfortable working on confidential, high-impact mandates in a fast-paced environment.
