Strategic Talent Hunter

The Strategic Talent Hunter plays a critical role in ensuring the organization attracts and acquires the best possible talent. This involves employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources, as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, monitoring day-to-day recruitment duties and tasks, including job analysis, sourcing & profiling, screening and selection, documentation & reporting.
  • Develop and maintain an effective recruitment strategy, including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, and taking proper actions to close gaps.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners.
  • Monitor and optimize the costs of the recruitment process.
  • Manage and develop a team of recruiters.
  • Act as a point of contact for hiring managers regarding recruitment topics, requisitions, and inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or College Degree in any field (Human Resource/Management/Business Administration/Psychology graduates are highly preferred).
  • At least 5 years of working experience in end-to-end Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Lead.
  • Experience in recruitment software, Microsoft and Google applications, database management, and record keeping is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, organization, and customer service skills are essential.
