Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced compensation and benefits professional to lead our global compensation and benefits strategies and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market analysis for APJ region pay ranges, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Participate in global compensation and benefits surveys to maintain competitive practices.
  • Collaborate with the Global Compensation and Benefits team on merit, bonus, and equity cycles, including budget planning, system updates, training, reporting, and approval process support.
  • Design and manage benefits programs for the APJ region, enhancing employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Partner with HR Analytics on dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and deliver training/communications on compensation and benefits programs.
  • Provide guidance to Talent Acquisition on competitive offers.
  • Utilize tools supporting compensation and benefits programs and initiatives, working with HRIS to align systems with compensation and benefits needs.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years relevant compensation and benefits experience.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and process management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks, adjust to shifting priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Extensive knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and interact with all levels of management in a professional and positive manner.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors, CompXL, and/or survey management tools is a plus.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Relentless focus on quality and accuracy.
