Job Title: Data Insights Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Data Insights Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking and organizing performance data from creator posts, comparing post performance against past averages, creating sentiment analysis and word clouds from post comments, building visual reports with the data, organizing and maintaining historical data for trend analysis and benchmarking, structuring campaign data for easy access across teams and integration with our CMS, and sending email requests to influencers/creators requesting their campaign data/analytics and filing on Google Drive.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves working with numbers and data and is comfortable working independently while also being part of a dynamic team. You will have the chance to develop and maintain processes, work autonomously, and make a significant impact on our business operations.

About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for tracking and organizing performance data from creator posts, including impressions, audience, and other relevant metrics.
  • You will compare post performance against past averages to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • You will create sentiment analysis and word clouds from post comments to help us understand audience opinions and feedback.
  • You will build visual reports with the data to showcase campaign results and progress.
  • You will organize and maintain historical data for trend analysis and benchmarking purposes.
  • You will structure campaign data for easy access across teams and integration with our CMS.
  • You will send email requests to influencers/creators requesting their campaign data/analytics and file on Google Drive.
Requirements:
  • You should have strong analytical skills and be comfortable working with data.
  • You should be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and Google Suite.
  • You should have some experience with social media metrics.
  • You should be highly organized and have strong attention to detail.
  • You should be able to work autonomously and develop/maintain processes.
  • You should genuinely love working with numbers and data.
  • You should be fluent in written and spoken English.
