Game Development Position

We are seeking a skilled and analytical professional to create engaging online slot games.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of game mechanics, math principles, and player psychology, striking a balance between entertainment and performance.

This role involves designing innovative game features, optimizing core parameters such as Return to Player (RTP) and Volatility, collaborating with internal teams to ensure gameplay aligns with commercial objectives and regulatory standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create new game designs from scratch, including base gameplay, bonus features, progression systems, and monetization models.
  • Define and refine key game parameters to maximize player engagement and profitability.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of game design specifications, user flows, and mathematical models.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in game development, preferably with successful releases.
  • Strong grasp of probability, RTP, volatility, hit frequency, and paytable logic.
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and their impact on player retention and engagement.
