The Quality Assurance Analyst is a critical member of our team, responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our software systems. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create detailed test plans and cases.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Test complex software systems developed in an agile environment, identifying defects and issues that need to be addressed.
  • Plan and design Test Strategies and QA procedures to ensure efficient and effective testing processes.
  • Participate in requirements review or story refinement to ensure clear understanding of project requirements.
  • Coordinate test planning and execution of Test Plan, working closely with team members to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Advocate for quality practices and ensure team members adhere to established standards and procedures.
  • Analyze defects and maintain tracking records to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Validate conformance to requirements and acceptance criteria, providing accurate and timely feedback to stakeholders.
  • Communicate testing results to project team members, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress and outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Tester, with a strong understanding of QA processes and collaboration with Development teams.
  • Basic knowledge of Katalon Automation, AWS, and SQL, with ability to apply technical skills to real-world problems.
  • Experience in project management and QA methodology, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with ability to clearly articulate testing results and recommendations.
