Lead Quality Assurance Specialist

This role is responsible for defining and implementing a project strategy while working on continuous organization quality improvements. The individual will lead the team and ensure quality assurance standards across projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Lead a team of quality assurance specialists to deliver high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
Requirements
  • Education – Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of extensive experience in Software Quality Assurance.
  • Extensive experience in Test Cases Creation and Analysis.
  • Manual and automated testing skills using tools such as Selenium WebDriver and TestComplete.
  • Defect reporting and monitoring expertise.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of database management systems, preferably MySQL.
  • Programming skills in PHP and Java.
  • HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge.
  • Agile methodologies understanding.
Working Conditions
  • Mid-Senior level position.
