Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of quality in our customer interactions and internal processes.
Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough evaluations of customer support interactions and internal investigations to identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze data and create actionable insights to drive continuous improvement across the business.
- Participate in calibration sessions with colleagues to ensure consistency in evaluation decisions and reasoning.
- Facilitate calibration sessions with Operational Leadership to enhance overall quality standards.
- Monitor and report on compliance, policy, and regulatory adherence to prevent non-compliance issues.
- Collaborate effectively with teammates to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality management or assurance role, with expertise in auditing calls.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Notion, Asana, and Confluence.
- Strong individual and group project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Investigative skills and ability to navigate standard operating procedures and database tools.
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills to excel in interpersonal interactions, feedback delivery, and performance assessment.
- Ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Results-driven mindset with a strong attention to detail to deliver high-quality work products.
